“SAWBUCK AND A FIN” TENT SALE APPLICATION

Have a collection of fabulous vintage wares to sell, as an Individual or a Business? Are you an Artist or Maker who creates 2-d or 3-d pieces? Are you an Upcycler who gives vintage a second life? Then set-up outdoors under our provided tents during our “Sawbuck & A Fin” Tent Sale for just $15 per day!

Our next upcoming sale is Saturday May 3 and Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 10am to 3pm — Rain-Or-Shine since we’re under the tents!

We’ll provide marketing materials for you to share, including posts, both printables and digital flyers. We’ll also get the word out on sales and event sites as well as within local vintage and collectors groups!

Application closes April 30, 2025 or once all vendor slots are filled, whichever comes first. Vendor applications and acceptance notifications processed every Monday until day of sale.

Currently limited to one (1) 6′ table space or 10’x10′ booth space per person/business, as tents are limited – so sign-up early!

By submiting my application I agree to:

Remit my non-refundable table or booth fee by the stated due date if my application is accepted.
When possible, provide 48 hours advance notice of cancellation prior to sale day if I am unable to vend.
Have my table or booth set up by 8:45 am EST.
Wait until 3:00 pm EST before breaking-down my table or booth set-up.
Be responsible for collecting and/or remitting my own sales income and/or sales taxes if or as required by law.
Acknowledge that this event is promoted as a rain-or-shine event. Should a severe weather advisory be issued prior to or during the planned sale, the event will be postponed and moved to the first available weekend where good weather is forecasted. In the event.
Indemnify and hold harmless Eddie’s Shoppe LLC dba Uncle Aud’s Vintage from any injury, damage, or responsibility for any adverse conditions or results due to or stemming from my participation in the above sale and/or date(s).
